The client’s vision was to renovate the interior and exterior of the home from a contemporary to colonial aesthetic. We tore down and rebuilt the foundation. The house itself was old, outdated and with the lack of maintenance it fell into disrepair.

The new build is now open concept with some timber framing, Carlisle floors throughout and a beautiful custom kitchen. The home also includes a master suite with a master bath. Last, we be built a 4 bay garage with a large workshop, outfitted with a second floor for a home gym.
