BBCI partnered with Preferred Building Solutions (PBS) to build his home and deliver on the clients vision of downsizing to a higher quality and more efficient home. The house is built on insulated concrete form foundation system. We installed a new pellet stove to be used as a significant source heat. The master suite is located on the first floor for easy retirement living and has a custom tiled shower.

Both guest rooms and a second bathroom were built on the second floor for added privacy. The homes exterior has James Hardie siding with PVC trim which guarantees a maintenance free finish for at 15 to 20 years. We completed this project by adding an oversized, attached 2 car garage with an attic storage space overhead.
