Face – Visible Pieces From The Front
Hardware
Our custom cabinets are manufactured using only the best, Blum hardware. Our custom manufactured drawers have side-mounted slides that are much stronger than a single slide centered underneath. They run more quietly on nylon bearings, and can withstand loads up to at least 75 pounds. Door hinges are sturdy and have six-way adjustment. Shelves are adjustable and supported by metal shelf clips, never plastic.
Cabinet Doors
Our door panels come in hundreds of styles and profiles that are suited to your taste and preference. Center panels are cushioned into deep grooves within hardwood rails and stiles, allowing them to better withstand varying temperatures and humidity. The panels are secured using small pads that keep them centered and the look consistent.
Ends – Cabinets With Exposed Sides
We build using high-quality plywood end panels that are securely attached to the frame from the inside of the cabinet, leaving no visible marks. Our end panels can be custom manufactured to appear flush and seamless, resulting in a better finish & faster crown molding and rail installations. Avoid unsightly fabrication and costly expenses that result from sub quality finishes.
Door, Drawer, Molding Styles
Custom cabinets by B & B Kitchen & Bath Design can be manufactured with dozens of door, drawer, and molding styles. Choose from traditional to modern looks. We can design and craft the finished look and feel that works with your vision.
Stained And Painted Cabinet Finishes
Our custom cabinets can be painted or stained, and coated with a variety of hard, catalyzed finishes to protect the cabinet from water and staining, chips, and scratches. Custom finish samples are available upon request.
Cabinet Drawers
Our custom fabricated drawer fronts come in several style and profile options. The drawer boxes are built using quality hardwood, dovetailed for durability, and grooved to accommodate the drawer bottoms, which are installed with Blum undermount soft-close runners for a soft, quiet system – guaranteed.
Frame – The Back And Interior Framework
B & B Kitchen & Bath Design uses only the highest quality materials throughout. Cabinet boxes are built using sturdy, ½” plywood, and grooved to accept ¼” plywood backing. Shelves are constructed using at least ¾” thick wood. We never use particle board or melamine materials.
